By using Transport Service Bali services, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions applicable below. These rules are made to ensure the safety and quality of our services are maintained.
General Rental Terms
Renters must comply with vehicle usage rules. All our vehicles are insured, but renters remain responsible for 'own risk' costs in the event of negligence causing damage.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash to our drivers. We do not require a deposit for most services to provide maximum convenience for our guests.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will not be charged. For late cancellations (less than 12 hours), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price.
User Responsibility
Users are prohibited from using the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or carrying dangerous/prohibited items. Vehicle cleanliness must be maintained during the rental period.
